Sunflower Oven is a cooperative bakery in Jackson, Mississippi.

We make bread that prioritizes people. This means our breads are sourdough, our flour is grown and stone-milled in the South, and our workers collectively own the bakery and share any profits. We offer our bread on a suggested-price basis because nutritious food is a human right .
